After overcoming abuse, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, debt, and homelessness without therapy and prescribed drugs, I found purpose in helping others navigate through life naturally. After volunteering at numerous nonprofits, working in customer service and sales, and managing people, it was a natural fit for me to start my own business. I became a coach to give people an option to overcome their challenges with compassion, authenticity, and life-transforming benefits.

Since 2015, I have helped hundreds of people from ages 13 to 70 in Hawai’i and worldwide navigate through the pitfalls of life, disappointments in relationships, uncertainties in their career path, setbacks in health, and loss of faith in their spirituality. Because of my diverse experience, I have coached people in various industries, including construction, finance, education, culinary, medical, nutrition, fitness, military, and nonprofit sectors. I have coached college students, parents, supervisors, managers, teachers, and professionals who majored in psychology. I have spoken publicly and facilitated workshops for small businesses, nonprofits, and the community, and been featured in numerous local media publications.
