• Once you’ve selected your package, proceed to checkout to complete your payment. Discounts are available exclusively for VIP members—let us know if you're enrolled in our VIP program.
• After your payment or enrollment is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to share your design ideas and requirements. Schedule an enrollment meeting to finalize setup and go over our revision process.
• Once we receive your design details, our team will start working on your project and keep you updated throughout the process to ensure your vision is brought to life.

The editing process begins as soon as we receive your completed design form. You will receive a notification from us confirming that our team has started working on your project. The first day of the month starts after your first form submission. 

To ensure your designs are delivered within the month, all design requests must be submitted within the first 7 days of each month.

For example:

• If you select the Entrepreneur 1-month option (up to 4 designs), you will need to submit all 4 design requests within the first 7 days to allow sufficient time for completion.
• If you choose the Entrepreneur 3-month option, which includes up to 4 designs per month, you must submit your requests within the first 7 days of each month.

This system allows our team to batch your designs, ensuring timely delivery. If requests are submitted after the 7th day, we cannot guarantee delivery within the same month. Take advantage of the maximum of design products within your package by submitting them all within the first 7 days.

Revisions are allowed within a 3-day window after receiving your initial design.

Graphic art designs for presentations, logos, and merchandise generally take about 5 days to complete.

For video editing:

• A video that is 2 minutes or less will typically take about 3 days to complete.
• A video longer than 5 minutes can take around 5 days or more, but this timeline is not guaranteed.

Please note that any revisions will extend the delivery time for the final product.

The design of a landing page or webpage is considered one product. If you need support from our team to build the page within your website, each page built out will be treated as an additional product. For example: one landing page design + one landing page built out = 2 design products.

The one-month options are ideal if you prefer no long-term commitment, while the three-month options are perfect for those seeking a consistent flow of design products at a low, flat rate.

To create a custom design tailored to your aesthetic, you will need to provide the following:

• The text you want included
• Any images, videos, or voiceover files
• Links to landing pages, webpages, presentations, or videos that inspire you
• Any specific color schemes or branding guidelines you'd like us to follow

These elements will help us design something that perfectly aligns with your vision.
